The Molteni Series RHDS configuration combines a Double Planetary mixing system with a centrally-mounted, fixed high speed disperser and a revolving scraper arm.

The Series RHDS is driven by two hydraulic motors. One hydraulic motor drives the Double Planetary stirrers on their own axes and the gearbox with revolving scraper arm about a central axis. The other hydraulic motor independently drives the centrally-mounted high speed disperser / dissolver shaft.

The Series RHDS is typically specified for processes where the initial batch constituents require a high level of dispersion at lower viscosities, and later build to a much higher viscosity.
