The Molteni Planetary Dissolvers (Dispersers)
are a family of heavy-duty, high-torque mixers that combine the thorough mixing action of planetary mixers with the high-shear dispersion capability of a high-speed disperser / dissolver.

The Series RHD configuration combines a
single planetary winged-stirrer with a revolving saw-tooth high speed disperser.

The Series RHDS configuration combines a Double Planetary mixing system with a
centrally-mounted, fixed high speed disperser.

Both the RHD and RHDS configurations utilize a heavy-duty transmission driven by two hydraulic motors. The revolving mixer seal plate creates a perfect isolation barrier between the mixing
zone and the gearbox area.
